Limited Warranty Service
Warranty Period
We warrant to the original owner that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of:
- Eighteen (18) months from the date you purchased the Product from our Site (for purchases made on or after January 1, 2026);
- One (1) year from the date you purchased the Product from our Site (for purchases made before January 1, 2026).
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the Product directly from our Site. It does not apply to Products purchased from other retailers or secondhand.
What We Will Do
At our sole option, we will either:
(a) Repair or replace the defective Product or component (with new or refurbished parts/products, at our discretion); or
(b) Accept the return of the Product and refund the actual price paid by the original purchaser (excluding original shipping charges).
We are not obligated to provide a refund under this Limited Warranty if repair or replacement is commercially reasonable.
Warranty Coverage for Replacement Products
- If you receive a non-refurbished replacement Product, it will be covered by this Limited Warranty for the longer of (i) three (3) months from the date of replacement, or (ii) the remaining Warranty Period on the original Product.
- If you receive a refurbished replacement Product, it will be covered for thirty (30) days from the date of replacement.
What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Products submitted after the applicable Warranty Period has expired.
- Products submitted without a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- Products not purchased directly from our Site.
- Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by anyone not authorized by us.
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper handling, or use not in accordance with the Product’s Quick Start Guide or other instructions provided by us.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration), or damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or foreign objects.
- Consumable parts (e.g., ear cushions, batteries, cables, adapters) that naturally deteriorate with use.
- Products returned from outside the country where the Product was originally shipped to by us.
- Any contents or valuables stored inside the Product.
- Any software, firmware, or third-party products connected to the Product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us by email at [email protected] with the subject line “Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]”.
In your message, please include:
- Your order number or sales invoice number (proof of purchase).
- A clear description of the defect or issue.
- Photos or videos showing the problem (if available and helpful).
We may ask you to return the Product for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. You must follow those instructions and ship the Product within 15 days of receiving the label.
If we reasonably determine that a Product is not eligible for warranty service (e.g., out of warranty, customer damage), we will notify you and, at your option, either return the Product to you at your expense or dispose of it. We have no warranty obligations for ineligible Products.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT (INCLUDING WARRANTY), TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY NONCONFORMITY OR DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT, OR DEFECT IN ANY SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. This exclusion applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of whether such damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict liability in tort or under any legal theory.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
No Other Warranties
Except as expressly set forth in this Limited Warranty, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
